This joint had a real comfy bed, and the folks workin’ the front desk were super friendly. The room was mighty clean, too. Just wish they had a fridge like promised—not havin’ cold drinks in this heat was a bummer. Plus, the hot water took a spell to kick in, but they got it sorted eventually.

The location, the attentive staff, the cleanliness, the fast service – truly a delightful experience!

I was almost impressed, but then encountered a huge rat in my room, leading me to a sewer smelling room. The dim hallways were charming in a way, I guess. I absolutely expected an apology gift for all this inconvenience but was offered none, how rude! Viven has really lost its luster. Truly disappointing.

We had to ask for another room due to the first one lacking hot water. even after waiting for 30 minutes, we still couldn't get any hot water.

I absolutely loved the buttery croissants and the easy access to the nearby mall, making snack runs a breeze. Parking was also a win, as they helped us find a spot quickly and fuss-free even on the street. Overall, it's a clean and comfy spot to catch some z's.

And the sounds of critters above? A bit distracting early in the morning. Plus, those bare concrete bathrooms felt not-so-fresh. A bit of maintenance could make this place perfect!

The Standard Twin Room was pretty clean with a nice garden view that helped us unwind. The WiFi was fast, which kept the kids happy. The bed was comfy too! Just wish there was a fridge, and the towels could use some upgrade, but it was a cozy stay overall.
